Before you open the desk.
Can anyone see my shows?
No. The homepage is public, but shows require sign-in and permission from the show owner. Crew members receive the views and controls assigned to them.
How do I access my workspace?
Select Open workspace and continue with ChatGPT. If you are joining a crew, use the invitation link from your show owner. Customer self-service registration is not open yet.
Can I review an imported agenda before using it?
Yes. Imported sessions and cues go into a preview for review and editing before you add them to the show.
Can I use it without internet?
The cloud desk needs a connection. Local show mode is a separate setup that must be installed, paired and handed control before going offline. It lets your team run the show over the venue network.
